She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer H. Smith; her parents, Frank Korosec and Gertrude Knapp Korosec; and her siblings, Jennie McCarthy, Mary Stucin, Anna Kerzick, Elsie Struckle and Frank Korosec (Doreen Smith).
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Martin (Ken) of Gansevoort; her stepson Chauncey Smith (Jenny) of Harpursville; and her grandchildren, Jacqueline Nelson, Renee Zennaiter, Gina Smith, Jeffrey Smith, Brett Martin, Trent Martin, Tyler Martin and Kelly Martin. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
