She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shagalski and Shirley Belcher Shagalski; her husband Thomas Kelly; and her siblings, Joseph Shagalski, John Shagalski and Joann Duval.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Vogel (Erica) and Julie Montello (Larry); her grandchildren, Matthew Howk (Jennie), Eric Havens, Austin Montello (Faith) and Kaitlyn Vogel; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Howk and Connor Havens.
