He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Virgil Scribner, Sr. and Mildred Doore Scribner; his wife Martha Scribner; his grandsons, Benjamin Scribner and Nickolas Scribner; his sister Elizabeth Scribner; and his niece Julie Pingree.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephan Scribner (Lynne Scribner) and Brian Scribner (Kim Fortune); his grandchildren, Sasha Scribner and Ryan Scribner (Taylor Provost); his sister Rachel Pingree; his brother-in-law John Pingree of Dover Foxcroft; his nephew Michael Pingree of Portland Maine; and his niece Margie Burnett of Colorado Springs.
