She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Scranton and Linda Brownell Scranton; her husband Walter Preece; and her children, Angela Joy and Christin Preece.
She is survived by: her brother Otis Scranton of Corinth; her stepsiblings, Johnny Crandall, Mary Crandall, Amy Bedinghaus, Lynn Crandall and Lucille Kilbara; her siblings-in-law, William Preece and Ada Clute; and her pet Ally. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
