With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Ann Yellen of Saratoga Springs, New York, born in Rome, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Karpien and Genevieve Karpien; her husband Lou; her daughters, Jennifer (Hettrich) and Laura (Rhodes); her granddaughters, Sydney and Jaden Hettrich; her sons-in-law, Dale Hettrich and Ben Rhodes; and her siblings, Linda Foster, Dot Karpien and Ronald Karpien.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Compassionate Funeral Care (402 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A Mass was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clements Roman Catholic Church (231 Lake Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
