Ruth Daggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2021, at the age of 89, Ruth Daggs of Saratoga Springs, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Ruth; her sister Gracie Williams; her husband Richard E. Daggs; her son Richard Junior; her parent Gracie Williams; her sisters, Lila Fennell and Janice McCrae; her son James Daggs (Earline); her granddaughter Brittney; and her daughters, Carol, Ignatius and Elsie Collier. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
