He is survived by: his wife Karen Gladu; his brother David Gladu (Priscilla); his children, Kristin Cieplicki (Keith), David Gladu (Tina) and Eric Gladu; and his grandchildren, Christopher Gladu, Kathrin Cieplicki (David Curtis), Brian Cieplicki and Matthew Cieplicki.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
