He is survived by: his wife Marcia Dunn Hall; his son Michael Hall (Karen); his stepsons, William Barbolt Jr. and Gary Barbolt; his brother Hans Hall (Micki); his grandchildren, Tyler Hall, Alexis Hall, Bailey Hall and Chole Hall; and his niece Lisa Hall.
