She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gunn and Margaret Gunn (Custy); her husband William E. Miller; and her pet Nikki. She is survived by: her sister Margaret Montelone (Thomas); her nephews, Paul, Michael (Kim) and Philip Montelone (Ella); her niece Stephanie Sukert (Mark); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Brandon, Claire Sukert, Trinity, Cameron Montelone and Perry Montelone. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Albany Medical Center Foundation or the Saratoga Hospital Foundation in Penny's honor.
