She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Coonradt and Mary Dewitt Coonradt; and her grandson Claude. She is survived by: her children, Claude Chambers, Harry Chambers, Patricia M. Brooks, Jr., Linda A. Brooks Singh, Sherry L. Chrisman (Kenny) and Hazel Rahim (Abdul); her siblings, Christopher Coonradt (Edith) and Shirley Coonradt; and her grandchildren, Crystal Brooks, Tara Rakoske (Jordan), Charminka Chrisman (Murray Canteen), Letha Rahim, Melina Chambers, Christopher Brooks (Jessica), Ronald Singh, Kyle Chambers (Amy Ladd), Kent Rahim, Chantnon Chambers (Sirena) and Cantrell Chambers. She is also survived by many great grandchildren (16), nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the ongoing public health concerns of COVID-19 social distancing as well as wearing of a face mask is recommended.
