It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Normalee Steele of Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. In lieu of flowers please make an offering to Victory Bible Baptist Church in honor of Normalee who was a founder of the church or Alpha Bravo Canine, Philadelphia, PA Alpha Bravo Canine's mission is to provide trained service dogs to U.S military veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and other combat related disabilities.
