She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kondrat, Jr. and Katherine Kondrat (Siwik); and her brother Robert Kondrat. She is survived by: her brothers, Richard Kondrat (Amy) of Broadalbin and Paul Kondrat (Margaret) of Amsterdam. She is also survived by 2 nieces, 3 nephews, 3 grand-nieces and 2 grand-nephews, and numerous cousins.
