He is survived by: his son Elias; his significant other Shannon Brewer; his children, Mattison and Kylie; his parents, Paige Cornell and Mark Ladd (Pam Cook); his siblings, Hailey Cook-Ladd and Daniel Ladd (Shannon); his parents-in-law, Barb and Tom Brewer; his cousin Amy (Robert Landry); his uncle Brian Ladd; his godparents, Tad Martin and Patty Cardin; his sons, Logan Ladd and Matthew Ladd; and also Samantha Ladd. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation account has been set up for his children: Mattison, Kylie and Logan Ladd at Saratoga National Bank in memory of Matthew Ladd.
