Luraine A. Burnett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 79, Luraine A. Burnett (Saratoga Springs, New York), born in Bennington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ruggles and Mabel Ruggles (Brimmer); her husband Norman Burnett; and her granddaughter Jean "Beaner" Burnett (John "Jack" Matuszewski). She is survived by: her sons, Russell Burnett (Catherine) and Timothy Burnett (Lisa Gaudette); her stepdaughter Michelle Lewis (Meriwether); her grandchildren, Ashley Eckert (Dan), Christopher Burnett (Emily Moses) and Sarah Burnett; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Marvin and Chloe Eckert; her siblings, Sam Ruggles of Hebron, John Ruggles (Shirley) of Cambridge and Frannie Ormsbee (Butch) of St. Bernards Bay; and her stepsister Cathy O'Neil of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
