He was predeceased by: his father Dominic D'Andrea; his siblings, Frank D'Andrea, Angeline D'Andrea, Elvira Stanley, Louise Falkenbury, Alfred D'Andrea, John D'Andrea, Dominic D'Andrea Jr., Anita Piedmonte and Rosemary Carr; and his former wife Regina Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine D'Andrea; his children, Laura Perkins (Lee Schoenberg) of Annandale, VA, Louis D'Andrea, Jr. (Luz) of Colorado Springs, Jonas D'Andrea (Yvonne) of Saratoga Springs, James D'Andrea of Saratoga Springs and Joshua D'Andrea of Saratoga Springs; his grandsons, Jeremy and Anthony D'Andrea; his great grandchild AJ D'Andrea; and his brothers, Faust D'Andrea (Judy), Joseph D'Andrea (MaryEllen) and Robert D'Andrea (Theresa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
