She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Siska and Doris Ebert; her siblings, Janice, Mike and Frank Siska; and her brother-in-law Donald Birch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sumer Garrison (Darryl), Nickole Velett (Rich) and Sara Velett (Brendan); the father of her children William Velett; her grandsons, Ralphie, Dylan, Lane and Owen; her siblings, Linda Sullivan (Arthur), Mary Smith, Joe Siska (Cammie), Donna McKeown (Marty), Richard Ebert, Gail Emrich (Brian) and Barbie Ebert; and her sister-in-law Donna Siska. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
