He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Frank Germain Sr.; and his uncle George Germain. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Germain Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Germain (Cook); his children, Noah, Kane Germain, Piper Germain and Sophia Branstrom; his siblings, Brandon Germain, Amanda Colson (William Hill), Sarah Daignault (Joseph) and Melissa Poirier (Kyle); and his grandparents, Mary and Derek Cook.
