It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Kay Scoggins (Saratoga Springs, New York), born in Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; her parents, Bernard Englert and Fern Englert; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her children, Angie Spensieri (Tony), Andy (Tatiana) and Chip (Amy); and her grandchildren, Megan, Spencer, Joe, Kendall, Karson, Natalie and Andrew.
