He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Williams and Mary Snyder Williams; and his brother Frank B. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sisters, Margaret A. Irving (John) and Mary G. Eisenhauer (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Brady F. Williams, Aek, Luke Eisenhauer, Christen Williams, Shanley Henry and Casey Irving-Barron.
