He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Male. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Zielinski; his daughters, Jackie Hasbrouck (Gary), Darlene Robens, Christine MacIntosh (Darren), Kimberlee Cava (Alex) and Karen Kholstinin (Alan); his grandchildren, Lauren Perry (Michael), Danielle Robens (Joe), Robert Robens, Aron Courville (Beth), Brandon MacIntosh (Amber), Alexa Loprino (John), Cassandra Helenek, Corina King (Zak), Christian MacIntosh (April) and Maksim Kholstinin; and his siblings, James Crooks (Butch), Merry Swain and Elizabeth Zielinski. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to Community Hospice of Saratoga 179 Lawrence St, Saratoga Springs or Mary's Haven 35 New St, Saratoga Springs.
