He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Hamill and Grace Weatherwax Hamill; and his sisters, Ruth Mitchell and Sally Cogan. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Brookman; and his children, Kate Edwards (Richard) of Greenfield Center, Kris Witkop (Bruce) of Saratoga, Karen DellaPorta (Jerry) of Jacksonville, Kevin Hamill (Andrea) of Wilton and Klaire Nappi (Timothy) of Saratoga. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
