He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Fish and Elvera Nagy Fish (Abby). He is survived by: his wife Linda T. Fish; his children, Matthew B. Fish (Colleen Cook Fish) and Rebecca L. Fish Boucher (Matthew Boucher); his grandchildren, Simone Boucher, Adam Boucher, Merin Boucher and Troy Boucher; and his siblings, Ruth Fish Mason and E. Roy Fish.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to either the American Parkinson's Disease Association or The Michael J Fox Foundation in his memory.

He was a major person in our "Lunch Bunch," and always had so much to offer to any conversion. He was so smart and at the same time.
