Stephen; his wife Cate Stephen; his children, Jerry Stephen, Jr., Josh Stephen (Stephanie) and Caitlin McCabe (Brian); his siblings, Judy Holbrook (Dean) and James Stephen; his grandchildren, Connor, Kenzie Stephen, Julien Stephen, Keegan and Shane McCabe; and his siblings, Margaret Stephen and John Stephen. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
