He is survived by: his wife Elaine Spiak; his children, Christopher (Chrissy), Michael (Kelly) and Laurie VanValkenburg (Gerald); his siblings, Paul (Kathy), Tony (Donna) and Melodee Perry (Ken); his grandchildren, Alexis, Jessica, Samantha, Benjamin, Camryn, Morgan and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Averi and Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
