He is survived by: his wife Janet Palmer Parker; his children, James Parker (Shirley) and Kellie Parker (Rodney); his stepchildren, Darlene Palmateer, Adam Dingmon (Danielle) and Tracy Dingmon (Adam); his siblings, Kenneth Parker (Lorraine), Kathryn Stahl, Leon Parker (Anna) and Karl Parker (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Beth Parker. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in James's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
