With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Gilday Jr. (Saratoga Springs, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Gilday and Henrietta Gilday (Brainard); and his siblings, Eleanor McCartney of New Milford, CT, Brian and Gerald Gilday of Syracuse.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, William C. (Kathy) of Charlton, NY and Bonnie S. Leary (Ray) of Hulbert, SC; and his grandchildren, Trevor Gilday and Sara Davis. He is also survived by two great grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
