He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale J. Monaco and Antoinette Spagnoli; his parents-in-law, Dominic and Mary Arpey; and his siblings, Benny Monaco (Retha), Louie Monaco (Rosie), Jenny Odorizzi (John), Theresa Monaco, Sophie Wolfercheime (Bill), Josie Dufort (Bob), Katherine D'Ambro, Harry Monaco (Angela), Donald Monaco (Kate Opedisano) of Ballston Spa, Tony Monaco (Virginia) of Amsterdam and Albert Monaco (Carol) of Glenville.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Monaco; and his brothers, Joe Monaco (Gertrude), Pasquale Monaco (Verna) and Tete Monaco of Ballston Spa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
