With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Bills of Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Palm and Charles Palm; her husband William Bills; her son Lawrence Bills (Larry); her brother Edward Palm; and her great grandchild Kaitlin Bowman.
She is survived by: her daughter Katherine Clark (Kat); her son-in-law Donald Clark of Saratoga Springs, NY; her brothers, Paul Palm (Dorothy) of Pennsylvania, Vernon Palm of North Carolina and John Palm of Florida; her granddaughters, Christina Clark (Krissy) of Saratoga Springs, Teri Romano (Dominick) and Becky Manning (Jeff) of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Haylei Bush, Colton Bush, Dominick Romano, Ava Romano and Elizbeth Manning.
