He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Maier and Maria Ludwig Maier. He is survived by: his wife Joan Frances Maier of Saratoga Springs, NY; and his children, Donna Buzalsky (Raymond) of Fort Worth, Theresa Hudak (Christopher) of Oceanside, CA, Thomas Maier (Kimberly) of Danbury, CT and James Maier (Christine) of Broadalbin, NY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
