He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Palmateer Sr. and Sandra Palmateer (Blakesley). He is survived by: his girlfriend Willa Bertrand; his children, Christeena Rowland (Bill) and John Rowland (Jennafer); his grandchildren, Douglas Rowland, Terry Welden, Joseph Welden, Mark Welden and Vivian Rowland; his siblings, Harold Thomas, Dale Palmateer, Andrew Palmateer (Tracey), Michael Palmateer (Bobbie-Jo), Dorothy Preece (William) and Sandra Bushey (Michael); and his sister-in-law Darlene Palmateer. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
