He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cozzino and Evelyn Cozzino (Rhodes). He is survived by: his wife Clare A. Eaton; his sister Sarah E. Scott; and his children, Earl M. Eaton Jr. (Debbie Mayberry) of Ballston Spa, NY, Barbara E. Babcock (John Babcock) of Rotterdam, NY, Karla F. Lovett of Port Orchard, WA and Lloyd C. Eaton (Danielle Eaton) of Yonkers, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
