He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cash and Mildred Cash; his siblings, George Cash and Judy Ann Cash; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Fenton; and his pets, Tabatha, Madison, Fenway, Sadie and Ted.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Stephanie Hogan (Justin) and Stephen Cash; his grandson Hughes Hogan; his sister-in-law Roseanne Cash; his nieces, Elizabeth Steele (Keith) and Emily Farwell (Jim); his brother David Cash; and his parents-in-law, Barbara and Lawrence Kaleta. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Don's courageous fight, "Big Don" has requested donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in his name, specializing in research of Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
