He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Hodges and Elizabeth Hodges (Carr); his sister Donna Marie Freebern; his aunts, Dorothy Smith and Ruth Ella Smith Pierce; and his nephew Jonathan Collamer Freebern.
He is survived by: his nephew Justin Chase Freebern; his great-nephews, Jonathan of Saratoga Springs and Carter Freebern of Saratoga Springs; and also, Laura and Dennis'.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dennis to the Saratoga Hospital Foundation (211 Church Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
