She was predeceased by: her father James Ebert; her husband William Carter Sr.; and her brother Vincent Edward. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Snell Ebert; her children, William T. Carter Jr. (Christine) and Colleen Biddle (Brian); her brother Michael Ebert (Marci); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Carter (Sherri), Jerry Carter (Pam) and Eileen Dingman (Mike); her granddaughter Alyssa Biddle; and her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Strauss, Sarah Strauss, Jozlynne Strauss and Zacharyah Strauss. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
