Cynthia Fisher Gavert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2024, at the age of 87, Cynthia Fisher Gavert of Saratoga Springs, New York, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mollie Fisher and William Fisher; her husband Raymond Gavert; her sister Janet Fisher; her sister-in-law Marilyn McElhinny; and her son-in-law Charles Leonowicz.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy E. Gavert and William B. Gavert (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Christopher Leonowicz, Thomas Gavert, Caitlin Leonowicz, Olivia and Eva Gavert; her niece Jill McElhinny Mondo; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene McIntyre and Onnolee Samuelson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter in Cynthia's memory.
