He is survived by: his wife Frances Welden Haviland of Saratoga Springs; his children, Charlie Haviland Jr. of Schuylerville, NY, Kimberly Haviland of Saratoga Springs and Thomas Haviland (Jennifer) of Wilton, NY; his grandchildren, Makylee Haviland of Schuylerville, NY and Henry Haviland of Wilton, NY; his siblings, Veronica McFarland (Richie) of Greenfield Center, Geraldine Evans of Saratoga Springs, NY and John Haviland (Starlene) of Albany; his friend Diann Vinson of Gadsden; and his caregivers, Sue Harris and Gina Alden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
