It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Puglisi of Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by her sister, two daughters, four grandchildren and numerous, loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
