She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Emrich and Wilhelmina Emrich; her husband Erwin Barz; and her siblings, William Emrich and Elizabeth Wachsmuth.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Barz of Agawam, MA and Karla Conway (George) of Saratoga Springs, NY.; and her grandchildren, Kelsey McCarthy (JT), Megan (Steven Celeste), Mikala, Gunnar and Margaret.
