He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Armand J Bertrand and Delia Bertrand (Belrose); his wife Jean M (Southard); his sister Jeannette; his stepson James Gonia; his sister Ruth; his stepdaughter Jeanine Popalis; and his children, Deborah McCauliffe, Diana Cross (Brian), David (Lynn), Robert (Carol), Roger (Carole) and Daniel (Tammy).
