She is survived by: her parents, Terri Balog (Susan Hayden) and Glenn Zingarino; her sisters, Liana Zingarino and Isabella Zingarino; her grandparents, Maureen Jones (Daniel Jones), Michael and Sylvia Zingarino; her aunts and uncles, Carmine Zingarino, Tami Richards (Mark Richards) and Andra Clapsaddle (James Clapsaddle); her niece Juniper Pierce; and her cousins, Ella Richards and Andrew Richards.
In lieu of flowers, Anjelica asked that contributions be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation (Wall Street Plaza, 88 Pine Street, Suite 2400, New York, NY 10005).
