O'kosky (Tina) of Greenwich and Echo Nichols (Jeremy) of Quaker Springs; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Emma, Wyatt O'kosky, Andrew, David Bobby and Margaret Nichols; and his siblings, Bob O'kosky, Joe O'kosky, Paul O'kosky, Ann McMurray, Esther Clark, Mary Grant, Deb O'kosky and Laura Lee O'kosky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
