He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard LaPierre and Jeanette LaPierre (Whitelaw); and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Klaus (Michael) of Saranac Lake, Carolann Goodwin (Kyle) of North Carolina, Jonathan LaPierre (Jodi) of Saranac Lake, Christopher LaPierre of Bloomingdale, Brian LaPierre of Saranac Lake, Charles LaPierre of North Carolina, James LaPierre of North Carolina and Joshua Jerome of Plattsburgh; his sisters, Deborah Cox (Don) of Moira Jenny and Nanette Hooley (Jim) of Brushton; his grandchildren, Brian, Jonathan, Alexander, Cassandra, Taylor, Elisabeth, Matthew, Alyssa, Chayse, Emma, Brayden, Isabel, Kaden, Jackson, Zackariah, Abigail, Jaelynn and Olivia; and his great grandchild Claire Elizabeth (Jerry Farley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
