He was predeceased by: his father James Harold. He is survived by: his mother Jean Morgan McDonough (Lavarnway) of Saranac Lake; and his brothers, Robert (Loretta) of Ft. Pierce, FL and William (Marisa) of Daunesburg, NY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.

Due to extenuating circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic Barry's family understands that it may make it difficult to attend calling hours and funeral services in person.
