She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel King and Etta Mae Sparks King; her children, Terry Parsons of Kingspoint, TN and Alva Parsons of Sandy Creek; her stepsiblings, Beverly Harten of Lacona, Ella King and John King of Lacona; her sons, Richard and Joseph; and her brother Richard King. She was also cherished by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
