Phyllis M. Carner Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Coonradt and Ada Teal Coonradt; her husband Harvey A. Carner; her daughter Kelly Carner; and her sisters, Doris Dean and Kaye Winn.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Adams (late John), Dawn Doty (late Bill), Dale Ishkanian (late Bob), Kathy Carner, Yvonne Lewandowski (Chet), Kimberly Reilly (Doug Empie) and Harvey J. Carner (Denise); and her sister Grace Clinton. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
