He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hoffay (Herman) and John J. Hoffay; and his siblings, Helen Winney (Robert), Frank Hoffay and Robert Hoffay (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hoffay (Stevens); and his children, Michael Hoffay (Kris), Michelle Larson (Dallan), Jami Kingsley, Abigail Hoffay, Kelli Bold (Brian), Patrick Quinlan and William Quinlan. He is also survived by extended family members, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
