She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Minerva. She is survived by: her sons, James D. Huggins, II (Paola Torres) and Joseph M. Anderson, Jr. (Corrine Crogan); and her siblings, Henry Bissell, Cheryl Harms, Delia, Julie Bissell and Catherine Johnson (Tracy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
