Siuta; and her siblings, Edward Piechocki, Anthony Piechocki (Ruth), Frank Piechocki (Mary), Peter Piechocki (Bernice), Mary Helen Siuta (Walter) and Gertrude Moskwik (Peter).
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Siuta (Linda), Patricia Siuta (Kevin), Diane Gorban (Jim), Paul Siuta (Ailleen) and Audrey Siuta. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
