She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald E. Wik; her children, Ronald Wik (Deanna), Debbie Bunnell, Bonnie Wik and David Wik; her siblings, Janet Pahl (Rupert), Carol Bantelman (Al), Lawrence Taber (Kathy), Beverly Rohloff (late Rick), Gerry Schaab (Carl) and Drew Taber (Wendy); her siblings-in-law, Chris Carlson (Tom) and Mary Taber; her parents, Lawrence Taber and Helen Taber (O'Donnell); her brother James Taber; her parents-in-law, Elmer and Katherine Wik; and her brother-in-law Donny Wik. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
