He is survived by: his children, James Church (Bonnie), Sara Church and Laura Church; his sister Jane Titterson (late Richard); his grandchildren, Jacob Church, Arielle Rosemellia (Nick), Billy, Alex, Colt Kumm and Logan Haseley; and his great grandchildren, Bella and Loralei Rosemellia.
